Jigsaw Family Support Ltd uses personal information to respond to enquiries, consider referrals and provide support to children and young people. This may include contact details and information about a learner’s education, needs, wellbeing and progress.
We receive information from children and young people, families, schools, local authorities and professionals involved in their support. Referral and learner records are held in a secure case-management system.
We share relevant information only where needed to arrange and provide support—for example, with the commissioning school or local authority, parents or carers, and professionals involved. We may also share information where necessary to safeguard a child or young person or where the law requires it.
You can ask us about the information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a concern by emailing info@jigsawfamilysupport.uk.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
